You have the right to cancel your Direct Debit at any time. Refunds will only be issued within the 14 days ‘cooling off’ period if benefits have not been used post the purchase date. If you cancel your Direct Debit outside of the ‘cooling off’ period post the purchase date, this won’t come into effect until your next renewal and you will still need to pay for the current year. If you cancel your Direct Debit before payment has been collected, ATG has the right to cancel any tickets purchased using ATG+ benefits.
