How much is a printed ticket?
£2.50 per printed ticket. This includes delivery by Royal Mail.
When will printed tickets be delivered?
Tickets are dispatched by Royal Mail within 5 working days of your order, except where your event has deferred ticket delivery. This means your e-tickets will be sent by email closer to the event date, in which case we will dispatch your printed tickets after you receive your e-tickets. We recommend leaving up to two weeks from the date of your order (or from the date you receive your e-tickets) for delivery.
Can I choose for only some of my tickets to be printed?
No - we will print all the tickets in your order. Please select and pay for the correct number of printed tickets, matching your original order, to avoid delays in dispatch and delivery.
Can I use my printed ticket for entry to the event?
Yes, the printed ticket is valid for entry. However, if your e-ticket is reprinted at any point (for example, if you ask us to resend your e-tickets) your printed barcode will no longer work. We recommend always bringing your e-ticket for entry to avoid any delays, so if you are giving printed tickets as a gift, please also give the PDF e-ticket to ensure things go smoothly!
What if my e-ticket(s) have not been sent yet?
Some events delay sending tickets until nearer the event date. In this case, your printed tickets will be delivered after the e-ticket(s) have been sent by email. We recommend leaving up to two weeks from the date you receive your e-tickets for delivery.
What happens if my ticket does not arrive before the performance?
Please use your e-ticket (available in your account, and attached to your confirmation email as a PDF) for event entry. Printed tickets are intended as souvenirs and we cannot guarantee a delivery date prior to your event.
Terms and Conditions
Printed tickets can only be ordered by the named lead booker of the original tickets, and you must use the same email address.
